What are the festival dates?
The Summer Camp Forever festival will take place from July 3rd to July 6th, 2025.
Where is the festival located?
The festival is set in the picturesque Deloro Valley at Camp Silver Spur, located at 17301 Silver Spur, Tuolumne, CA 95379.
What does my ticket include?
Your ticket provides access to a wide range of activities, workshops, performances, and amenities throughout the festival.
What accommodation options are available?
We offer diverse lodging options, including luxury houses, cozy cabins, glamping tents, and dormitory-style rooms for an upgraded experience. Please note that these accommodations require an additional payment on top of your tickets. Each option is designed to cater to various preferences and group sizes.
How many guests can the accommodations sleep?
- 3-Bedroom Home: Sleeps up to 6 guests with 1 Master King bed, 1 Queen bed, and another Queen bed.
- Luxurious Home: Sleeps up to 10 guests. Master room with Queen bed and ensuite, two additional Queen beds, and twin beds in other rooms.
- Dormitory Rooms: Various configurations are available to accommodate different group sizes.
What wellness activities are offered?
Guests can participate in daily yoga and meditation sessions, wellness workshops, and activities designed to promote mental and physical well-being throughout the festival.
What kind of meals are included in the all-inclusive package add on?
The gourmet all-inclusive package features a selection of delicious meals made from fresh, local ingredients. This includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with refreshments available throughout the day for an additional cost. Please note that this package requires an extra payment on top of your tickets.
Is there a hot tub available at the accommodations?
Yes, select accommodations include a hot tub on the porch, providing a relaxing way to unwind after engaging in festival activities.
How can I reach the festival site?
The festival is accessible by car, and there is parking available (Limited, must purchase with your ticket). Please refer to our website for detailed directions.
What is the cancellation policy?

All sales of tickets and tables are non-refundable. All sales are final. There will be no refunds for this event under any circumstances and by purchasing a ticket (online or at the door) you agree to the organizer’s no-refund policy.
By purchasing a ticket or reserving a table for this event, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Non-Refundability: All ticket and table reservations are non-refundable. This policy is clearly communicated at the time of purchase and serves as acknowledgment of this condition upon transaction completion.
- Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility and accept all risks associated with your purchase. Under no circumstances, including but not limited to, divine intervention, natural catastrophe, government intervention, personal perspective & evaluations, artist or event cancelations, new COVID-19 restrictions, or any other Force Majeure events beyond the reasonable control of the event organizer, will refunds be issued. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance at the event, including but not limited to risks of injury, illness, damage, loss, or expenses of any kind (“Claims”).
- Release and Waiver: You hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the venue, event promoters, vendors, and each of their respective parents, members, partners, affiliates, divisions, subsidiaries, and landlords, along with their officers, directors, and employees, from any Claims arising out of or related to your attendance at the event.
- Event Continuity: This event will proceed rain or shine, and refunds will not be provided due to weather conditions or changes in personal perspective or evaluation.
- Force Majeure: In the unlikely event that unforeseen circumstances beyond the organizer’s control necessitate the cancellation of the event, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to such occurrences.
- Transfer and Credit Options: While refunds are not available, we offer the option to transfer your ticket to another person or to receive credit toward a future event. Terms and conditions for transfers or credits apply and will be communicated upon request.
- Legal Compliance: Please be assured that this policy is designed to comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding event cancellations and consumer protections.

What Does My Ticket Include?
Your ticket grants access to the festival, camping, and a variety of activities, workshops, performances, and amenities throughout the event. Please note that VIP lodging is an upgrade available for an additional charge.
